Support NAMI Illinois!

Your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar with the $23,000 matching fund created by our NAMI Illinois Board Members. Help us to provide information, support and resources to thousands of people affected by mental illness.

$58,964 raised

$50,000 goal

We are no longer accepting donations on this campaign, but there are other ways for you to support us today!

Why should you give to NAMI Illinois?

Through your support and a grant from the State of Illinois, NAMI throughout Illinois has been able to ratchet up to meet the ever increasing demand of families and persons living with a mental illness for education, support and advocacy.

We need your help to keep the momentum going – please contribute to our Fall Appeal so we can maintain this growth, and if you are not already a NAMI Member, do become one and volunteer to support our many activities, both at the state and local levels.

With your help we will be able to do the following and more:

  • Help our local affiliates reach even more people with NAMI signature programs and help even more people who are living with mental illnesses and their families.
  • Increase training opportunities and keep the cost of training low so affiliates can increase the number of teachers and facilitators they have for NAMI programs like Family to Family, Family Support Group, NAMI Connection and more.
  • Improve our ability to work with state legislators and improve mental health services across the state.
  • Expand the public’s grasp of mental illnesses and awareness of those individuals and families who are struggling every day with mental health issues

Even better: NAMI Illinois Board members have created a $23,000 Matching Fund, so your contribution will be matched dollar-for-dollar.

  • So your $25 contribution will become $50,
  • your $50 contribution will become $100,
  • your $100 contribution will become $200, and
  • your $500 contribution will become $1,000

Your contribution will not only help us help people living with mental illnesses and their families, but you may shave some $$$ off your 2019 income tax!

So please, be as generous as you can, and together we can go forward to do even more in 2020.

Thank you
